Galletas digestivas

INGREDIENTES
- 100 gr. Harina de espelta
- 50 gr. Azúcar integral de caña
- 50 ml. Aceite de coco
- 1 Tsp. Esencia de vainilla
- 70 gr. Calabaza cocida o al horno
- 1 Tsp. Bicarbonato de soda
- 1 Tsp. Canela en polvo
- 1/2 Tsp. Jengibre en polvo
- Sal
- Chocolate negro
PROCEDIMIENTO
- Preheat the oven to 180º.
- Boil the pumpking.
- Mix the flour with the brown sugar, the salt, baking soda, cinnamon and ginger.
- Blend the pumking.
- Melt the coconut and mix it with the vanilla extract and the pumking, add them to the other ingredients.
- Chop the chocolate and add it to your mix.
- Make small balls and place them in an oven tray.
- Bake them and enjoy.
