Paleo Pancakes


  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbs. Almond flour
  • 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 Tsp. Almond milk
  • 1/3 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1/3 Tsp. Cinnamon powder


  1. Beat the egg and add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything we.
  2. Grease a pan with coconut oil and heat over high heat. When the oil is hot lower the heat and add the mixture.
  3. When you start seeing bubbles in the mix turn it upside down and cook the other side.
