Pumpkin sauce


  • 200 gr. Baked pumpkin
  • 1/2 Tsp. dry oregano
  • 1 Tsp. Curry powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • 2 Tbs. Pumpkin seeds


  1. Bake the pumpkin until is soft.
  2. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan over low heat until they begin to change color.
  3. Blend the seeds.
  4. When the pumpkin is cooked, blend all the ingredients and add more or less water until it has the texture you like.
