Rice Salad


  • 100 gr. Basmati rice
  • 2 Tbs. Nutrional yeast
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 Avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Rocket
  • 1 Tbs. Miso paste
  • Dill
  • Lemon juice


  1. Boil the rice and keep it in the fridge.
  2. Cut the tomatoes and the avocado into small pieces and add it to the cool rice.
  3. To prepare the sauce just mix the lemon juice with the miso paste and the nutritional yeast.
  4. Add the spices and the sauce to your salad.
