Pasta Salad


  • 100 gr. Pasta
  • 1 Carrot
  • 100 gr. Broccoli
  • 1/2 Courgette
  • 1 Roast pepper
  • Olives
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. Tamari sauce
  • Sesame seeds


  1. Boil the pasta.
  2. Cut all the vegetables in small pieces and boil only the broccoli for 4 minutes.
  3. When the pasta is ready put it in a bowl and mix it with the vegetables, the spieces, the olive oil and the tamari sauce.
  4. Leave the salad in the fridge for a couple of hours and serve it with sesame seeds on the top.
