Vegan Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 gr. Oatmeal flour
  • 60 gr. Cane sugar
  • 1 Tbs. Baking soda
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 50 ml. Coconut oil
  • 60 ml. Almond milk
  • 2 Tbs. Raw honey
  • Dark chocolate or cranberries and almonds

METHOD

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and add dark chocolate or craberries and toasted almonds.
  3. Make balls with your hands and place them in an oven tray.
  4. Bake them for 10 minutes at 180º.
