Vegan Cookies

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. Oatmeal flour
- 60 gr. Cane sugar
- 1 Tbs. Baking soda
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 50 ml. Coconut oil
- 60 ml. Almond milk
- 2 Tbs. Raw honey
- Dark chocolate or cranberries and almonds

METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 200º.
- Mix all the ingredients and add dark chocolate or craberries and toasted almonds.
- Make balls with your hands and place them in an oven tray.
- Bake them for 10 minutes at 180º.
