Paleo Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tbs. Almond flour
- 1/2 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1 Tsp. Almond milk
- 1/3 Tsp. Baking soda
- 1/3 Tsp. Cinnamon powder

METHOD
- Beat the egg and add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything we.
- Grease a pan with coconut oil and heat over high heat. When the oil is hot lower the heat and add the mixture.
- When you start seeing bubbles in the mix turn it upside down and cook the other side.
