Granola 3 Ways

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Oats
- 2 Tbs. Coconut oil
- 2 Tbs. Raw honey
- Pinch of salt

Vanilla
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/3 Goji berry
- 1/3 Almonds

Choco-Coco
- 2 Tbs. Pure cacao powder
- 1/3 Cup Grated coconut
___________________
Cinnamon
- 1 Tbs. Cinnamon powder
- 1/3 Cup Walnuts
- 1/3 Cup raisins

- Preheat the oven to 200º.
- For the vanilla, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the vanilla, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven at 160º until they start getting gold. Toast the almonds in a pan and when the oats are ready, take them out from the oven and mix them with the toast almonds and the goji berry.
- For the choco-coco, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the cacao powder, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven at 160º and when they are ready take it out and add the coconut.
- For the cinnamon, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the cinnamon, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven until they start getting gold. Toast the walnuts in a pan and when the oats are ready taken them out from the oven and mix them with the toast walnuts and the raisins.
