Granola 3 Ways

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup Oats
  • 2 Tbs. Coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs. Raw honey
  • Pinch of salt

Vanilla

  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1/3 Goji berry
  • 1/3 Almonds

Choco-Coco

  • 2 Tbs. Pure cacao powder
  • 1/3 Cup Grated coconut

Cinnamon

  • 1 Tbs. Cinnamon powder
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts
  • 1/3 Cup raisins

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º.
  2. For the vanilla, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the vanilla, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven at 160º until they start getting gold. Toast the almonds in a pan and when the oats are ready, take them out from the oven and mix them with the toast almonds and the goji berry.
  3. For the choco-coco, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the cacao powder, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven at 160º and when they are ready take it out and add the coconut.
  4. For the cinnamon, melt the coconut oil in a pot with the honey and the cinnamon, add the oats and a pinch of salt and mix everything. Put it in the oven until they start getting gold. Toast the walnuts in a pan and when the oats are ready taken them out from the oven and mix them with the toast walnuts and the raisins.
