Pumpkin sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. Baked pumpkin
- 1/2 Tsp. dry oregano
- 1 Tsp. Curry powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Turmeric powder
- Pepper
- Salt
- Pinch of chili powder
- 2 Tbs. Pumpkin seeds
METHOD
- Bake the pumpkin until is soft.
- Toast the pumpkin seeds in a pan over low heat until they begin to change color.
- Blend the seeds.
- When the pumpkin is cooked, blend all the ingredients and add more or less water until it has the texture you like.
