Protein Dressing

INGREDIENTES

  • 80 gr. Green peas
  • 1 Tsp. Dill
  • 1 Tsp. Mustard powder
  • 1/2 Fenugreek powder
  • 1 Tsp. Apple vinegar cider
  • 2 Tbs. Nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tsp. Tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Tahini
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water

METHOD

  1. Stir fry the green peas.
  2. Blend all the ingredients, add more or less water depending how thick you like it.
