Indian and Mediterranean Hummus

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup uncooked chickpeas
- 2 Tbs. Tahini
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 1/2 Turmeric powder
- 1 Garlic clove
- Paprika
- Pepper
- Salt
“Indian version” add 1 Tsp. of curry powder
“Mediterranean version” add fresh parsely
METHOD
- Soak the chickpeas overnight.
- The day after boil the chickpeas with salt and 5 cm. of wakame seaweed and the spices.
- Blend all the ingredients and add the version you would like.
