Indian and Mediterranean Hummus

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup uncooked chickpeas
  • 2 Tbs. Tahini
  • 1/2 Lemon juice
  • 1/2 Turmeric powder
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • Paprika
  • Pepper
  • Salt

«Indian version» add 1 Tsp. of curry powder

«Mediterranean version» add fresh parsely


METHOD

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight.
  2. The day after boil the chickpeas with salt and 5 cm. of wakame seaweed and the spices.
  3. Blend all the ingredients and add the version you would like.
