Aloo, Matar Di Sabzi


  • 2 Medium potatoes
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 Tsp. Turmeric
  • 1 Onion
  • Peas
  • Pepper
  • Fresh coriander
  • Salt
  • 1 cm. Fresh ginger


  1. Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan a add the cumin and roast it at very low heat.
  2. Great the ginger and add it with the chopped onion and pepper.
  3. Cut the potatoes into small squares and add them with the tomatoes into the pan.
  4. Add the turmeric, salt, pepper and coriander.
