Aloo, Matar Di Sabzi

INGREDIENTS
- 2 Medium potatoes
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tsp. Turmeric
- 1 Onion
- Peas
- Pepper
- Fresh coriander
- Salt
- 1 cm. Fresh ginger
METHOD
- Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan a add the cumin and roast it at very low heat.
- Great the ginger and add it with the chopped onion and pepper.
- Cut the potatoes into small squares and add them with the tomatoes into the pan.
- Add the turmeric, salt, pepper and coriander.
- If you are using forzen peas, add them at the end of the cooking and if they are fresh add them at the same time that the potatoes.
