Pickles

INGREDIENTES

  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 6 Medium tomatoes
  • 1 jar of grilled peppers
  • 1 Tbs. Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/4 Tsp. Chili powder
  • Hermetic jar
  • 2 Tbs. Extra virgin Olive oil

METHOD

  1. Steamed the garlic and the onion if you find them indigestible but if not, you can use them raw.
  2. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and mix them with the salt, pepper, chili and olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Put all the ingredients in the jar and leave it for 10-15 days.
