Vegan Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr. Tempeh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 Pepper
  • 1 Courgette
  • 1 Carrot
  • 5 green asparagus
  • 1/2 Aubergine
  • 1 Tbs. Tamari sauce
  • Pink salt
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper
  • Sesame seeds

METHOD

  1. Cut the vegetables in small pieces.
  2. Cook the onion in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes and then add the pepper, the carrot and the asparagus for 3 more minutes.
  3. Add the courgette and the aubergine.
  4. Cut the tempeh in squares and add it in to the pan.
  5. Add the spices and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. When the vegetables are soft add the tamari sauce.
  7. Serve it with some sesame seeds on the top.
