Vegan Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS
- 100 gr. Tempeh
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Pepper
- 1 Courgette
- 1 Carrot
- 5 green asparagus
- 1/2 Aubergine
- 1 Tbs. Tamari sauce
- Pink salt
- Turmeric
- Pepper
- Sesame seeds
METHOD
- Cut the vegetables in small pieces.
- Cook the onion in a pan with olive oil for 3 minutes and then add the pepper, the carrot and the asparagus for 3 more minutes.
- Add the courgette and the aubergine.
- Cut the tempeh in squares and add it in to the pan.
- Add the spices and cook for a few more minutes.
- When the vegetables are soft add the tamari sauce.
- Serve it with some sesame seeds on the top.
