Rice Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 100 gr. Basmati rice
- 2 Tbs. Nutrional yeast
- Fresh parsley
- 1 Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Rocket
- 1 Tbs. Miso paste
- Dill
- Lemon juice
METHOD
- Boil the rice and keep it in the fridge.
- Cut the tomatoes and the avocado into small pieces and add it to the cool rice.
- To prepare the sauce just mix the lemon juice with the miso paste and the nutritional yeast.
- Add the spices and the sauce to your salad.
