Quick Healthy Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

  • Sourdough bread
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Tsp. Miso paste
  • 1 Tbs. Nutritional yeast
  • Rocket
  • Pepper

METHOD

  1. Mix the miso paste with the nutrional yeast and the peper and spread it on the bread.
  2. Smash the avocado and put it into your sandwich with the rocket.
