Quick Healthy Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
- Sourdough bread
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Tsp. Miso paste
- 1 Tbs. Nutritional yeast
- Rocket
- Pepper

METHOD
- Mix the miso paste with the nutrional yeast and the peper and spread it on the bread.
- Smash the avocado and put it into your sandwich with the rocket.
