Pumpkin Soup

INGREDIENTS
- 200 gr. Pumpkin
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Potato
- Turmeric
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Sesame seeds
- Salt
METHOD
- Cut the vegetables and boil them.
- Drain the water and reserve it.
- Add the salt, turmeric and pepper and blend all the ingredients, add the vegetables stock to make it as thicker as you would like.
- Serve it with a bit of oregano and sesame seeds on the top.
