Pumpkin Soup


  • 200 gr. Pumpkin
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Potato
  • Turmeric
  • Pepper
  • Oregano
  • Sesame seeds
  • Salt


  1. Cut the vegetables and boil them.
  2. Drain the water and reserve it.
  3. Add the salt, turmeric and pepper and blend all the ingredients, add the vegetables stock to make it as thicker as you would like.
  4. Serve it with a bit of oregano and sesame seeds on the top.
