Gluten Free Tabbouleh

INGREDIENTS
- 100 gr. Quinoa
- 1/2 Red pepper
- 1/2 Green pepper
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh parsley
METHOD
- Wash and drain the quinoa.
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces and chop the parsely.
- When the quinoa is ready add the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Keep it in the fridge and eat it cool.
