Gluten Free Tabbouleh

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 gr. Quinoa
  • 1/2 Red pepper
  • 1/2 Green pepper
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh parsley

METHOD

  1. Wash and drain the quinoa.
  2. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and chop the parsely.
  3. When the quinoa is ready add the vegetables and the rest of the ingredients. Keep it in the fridge and eat it cool.
