Minimize the Symptoms of Childhood Hyperactivity

An alternative has been found for the treatment of childhood hyperactivity, a correct diet, free from additives and artificial colour, it has been found that certain additives and food coloring produce an allergic reaction in children, which affects their behaviour. In a study of children who eliminated sugar, bread, milk and meat from their diet, 60-95% of symptoms improved and in another study where any artificial colouring and flavouring ingredient was eliminated the hyperactivity disorder normalized, so there is clear evidence that certain artificial additives cause childhood hyperactivity.
The relation of sugar with hyperactivity is due to the glucose deficiency caused by the excess of insulin, children take many foods high in sugars which elevates insulin and are found with a deficiency of glucose, which is necessary for effective functioning of the brain.
